Class Action Associate
Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, P.C. is looking for an attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join the Firm’s Chicago office in the Firm’s Class Action & Complex Litigation practice. The attorney filling this role can expect approximately 75% federal court work with the vast majority of work involving defense of wage & hour class actions and FLSA collective actions.
Firm Benefits
The Firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/HSA, dental, vision, life, disability, family care leave, 401(k)/profit-sharing retirement package, and pet insurance. The Firm will supply the necessary computer and accessory equipment to facilitate a hybrid/remote work schedule. The salary range is $170,000 - $220,000 per year based on experience. Associates also have the opportunity to earn substantial additional compensation through hours-based and merit bonuses.
