Job Description Senior FP&A Analyst | $115K–$130K + 10% Bonus | Hybrid | Wheeling Area Our client, a well-established multi-billion-dollar consumer products company, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its growing finance team. Highlights $115,000–$130,000 base salary 10% annual bonus 30 days PTO Hybrid schedule (2 remote days per week) High-visibility role supporting U.S. operations Collaborative, employee-focused culture with excellent leadership Key Responsibilities Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans Partner with business leaders to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities Perform scenario planning and business analysis to support strategic decision-making Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of FP&A experience Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working within a major ERP system (Sage X3 a plus) Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools is preferred Excellent communication and business partnering skills Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or packaging manufacturing experience will also be considered If you're looking for an opportunity to work with senior leadership, influence key business decisions, and join a financially strong organization that invests in its people, we'd love to speak with you.
