JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Sr. Commercial HVAC Technician to perform advanced technical repairs across our Illinois facilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC with a proven track record of opening systems for major internal repairs. The Sr. Commercial HVAC Tech will be responsible for performing advanced technical repairs, including heavy component replacement, complex troubleshooting, and circuit recovery and restoration. The candidate will also serve as a technical mentor and provide guidance on parts accuracy and inventory management.

CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Perform advanced technical repairs, including heavy component replacement, complex troubleshooting, and circuit recovery and restoration
  • Document repair data to build a comprehensive service history for every 5–40 ton unit in the portfolio
  • Maintain a comprehensive backstock of essential parts
  • Track assets and associated repair costs that include parts, labor, and consumables for each PM or repair in our CMMS system

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC
  • EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
  • Physical proficiency, including expert brazing skills and the ability to rig and hoist heavy motors or compressors safely
  • NATE certification preferred
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Construction Safety certification preferred

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to, geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Pay Range

$70,000—$80,000 USD

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
