**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our team. The role involves working in a cleanroom environment on a rotating shift schedule. You will be responsible for inspecting and handling production materials, ensuring quality control, and supporting manufacturing operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Visually inspect IV bags for weight, functional, cosmetic, and seal integrity defects.
+ Load units into pasteurization carts following specific order protocols.
+ Support all local manufacturing operations.
+ Supply components and materials to cell culture and purification areas.
+ Operate general production equipment such as parts washers and autoclaves.
+ Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
+ Manually clean all portable equipment and small parts.
+ Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
+ Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as needed.
+ Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain GMP standards.
+ May perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Minimum of 1 year of production or warehouse experience.
+ Ability to pass a vision test and color vision test (20/20 vision required, not color blind).
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Understanding of cGMP regulations.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable working in a GMP environment with specific dress code requirements.
+ Ability to train on the first shift for initial training days in Libertyville.
+ Commitment to a rotating schedule, including working every other weekend.
+ Willingness to undergo THC drug testing.
+ Able to provide a copy of a High School Diploma or GED.

**Work Environment**
The position is based in a cleanroom environment requiring specific attire such as cleanroom gowns, hairnets, and gloves. The environment is extremely clean, quiet, and temperature-controlled. Adherence to dress code is required, including no jewelry, false fingernails, nail polish, or makeup.

This is a Permanent position based out of Round Lake, IL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.68/hr.
