We are part of the GreatWater 360 Auto Care family committed to excellence integrity and customer satisfaction. Were looking for a skilled B-Level Automotive Technician to help us deliver top-quality service and repairs.
- Location: 503 Lunt Ave Schaumburg IL 60193
- Hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:30 PM CST
What Youll Do
- Perform accurate high-quality repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and techniques.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly and identify needed services.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and occasionally with customers.
- Assist with quality control and maintain a clean safe shop environment.
- Support team goals and jump in where neededno job is too small!
Qualifications
- 3 years of automotive technician experience or equivalent training.
- ASE Certifications: A4 (Suspension & Steering) A5 (Brakes) A6 (Heating & AC) A7 (Electrical Systems).
- Valid U.S. drivers license and insurable driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
- Own a complete set of up-to-date tools.
- Ability to use computers and diagnostic equipment.
Compensation - Flat Rate Pay Plan
- $25 - $35/HR Flat Rate: Paid per billed hour (no overtime).
- Bi-Weekly Guarantee: 65 hours at base rate (must work at least 80 hours to qualify).
- Performance Accelerators:
- Tier 1: $4/hr for 6069.99 billed hours
- Tier 2: $6/hr for 7079.99 billed hours
- Tier 3: $8/hr for 80 billed hours
(Accelerators apply retroactively to the first hour worked.)
