We’re a local sanctuary opening May 2026 in downtown Skokie — a vibrant, welcoming space where people come to pause, eat well, and reconnect before they lift off again. We serve nutritious indulgence: açaí bowls, smoothies, and protein bites made with real ingredients and real intention. We exist to fuel your journey — and we’re building a team that brings that to life every single day.

The Role

Crew Members are the heartbeat of Hummingbird. You’re the first face our guests see, the hands that craft every bowl and smoothie, and the energy that makes our space feel alive. No experience required — just bring a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard, and a genuine love for people.

What You'll Do

✓ Prepare smoothies, açaí bowls, and protein bites to recipe standards

✓ Deliver fast, friendly service that makes every guest feel welcome

✓ Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready at all times

✓ Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines every shift

✓ Support teammates and pitch in wherever needed

✓ Work the Skokie Farmers Market (Sundays, June+)

✓ Show up ready — your team counts on you

✓ Any reasonable task, not included in the job description, that is assigned by management

What We're Looking For

✓ No experience required — we’ll train the right person

✓ Positive attitude and a genuine love for people

✓ Available mornings, weekends & Farmers Market days

✓ Team player who takes pride in their work

✓ Reliable and punctual — your team counts on you

✓ Interest in health, wellness, and good food

✓ Must be at least 16 years old
