Our firm is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Executive Director to lead a dedicated Memory Care community. This is an exceptional opportunity for a compassionate, mission-driven leader who is passionate about serving residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia while fostering a culture of excellence for residents, families, and team members.
Position Overview
The Executive Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for a stand-alone Memory Care community, ensuring exceptional resident care, strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior living leadership and a deep commitment to person-centered dementia care.
