RESPONSIBILITIES: The Program Manager of the Illinois School and Campus Safety Program (ISCSP) oversees education and training related to school safety, emergency operations planning and other security issues for K-12 and higher education.

WORK LOCATION: Macomb campus

APPOINTMENT: As soon as possible

MONTHLY WAGE: $5,252 - $5,777 (Anticipated starting wage $5,252)

This is a restricted position whose continuation beyond June 30, 2026 is contingent upon the renewal of funding support, which is reviewed annually.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Five (5) years in school safety, law enforcement, emergency preparedness, or education program management.
3. Experience with statewide or large-scale training programs, stakeholder engagement, and interagency coordination.
4. Experience with grant financial management and reporting.

*Master's degree in related field equates to one (1) year of experience

For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). The degree must be conferred at the time of application.
