Full-Time | Flexible Day Schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Location: Romeoville, IL
Compensation: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

We’re looking for a fully bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Spanish) who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative , you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for both English-and Spanish-speaking customers. You’ll assist with orders, answer questions, resolve concerns , and work closely with internal teams to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and other communication channels in both English and Spanish
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to questions regarding products, pricing, order status, and services
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service, customer support, or related experience preferred
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar software is a plus
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound customer calls
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong computer skills and a customer-first mindset
