Supply Chain Assistant

Location: Huntley, IL

Salary: $50,000- $55,000

We design and manufacture high-end outdoor furniture known for its quality, durability, and timeless design. Behind every product is a well-coordinated supply chain that ensures materials are sourced efficiently, inventory is managed accurately, and orders are fulfilled on time.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our team and help keep everything moving from order to delivery. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience or anyone who wants to start their career in supply chain.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain appropriate stock quantities
• Perform routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system record
• Process purchase orders and liaise with vendors to ensure timely procurement, while helping resolve supply or delivery issues as they arise
• Support order and quote processing by accurately entering, routing, and tracking customer requests through sales and internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Oversee the status of quotes and orders throughout the lifecycle, following up proactively to resolve delays, discrepancies, or processing issues
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with engineering, accounting, quality, and sales to ensure project requirements and customer specifications are clearly documented and met
• Maintain CRM accuracy by updating customer records, monitoring data integrity, and ensuring consistent information flow across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Solid mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
