Present and explain various State Farm life insurance products clearly and effectively.

Guide clients through the application and underwriting process with care and attention.

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through proactive communication.

Assist clients with policy service needs and address any inquiries they may have.

Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective goals and enhance the client experience.

Life and Health Insurance Producer License (Illinois).

Proven success in a sales or customer-facing role.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A genuine desire to help people understand and secure their financial future.

Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing client information and follow-ups.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team.
