Responsibilities include:
- Perform front-of-house service duties including cashier, bar, barista, and customer experience. Make syrups, overnight oats, and other prep tasks.
- Establish + adhere to food safety guidelines and coffee bar cleanliness. Food safety handler certificate required (can obtain once hired).
- Dining Area Management: wiping tables, maintaining table + chair set up, supporting customers with set up needs.
- General tidiness: emptying bus stations and trash cans, washing dishes, stocking + maintaining tidy restrooms, occasional sweeping, etc.
- Other responsibilities as required: We are a small and nimble team that works together across the property. There will be opportunities for gardening , kitchen prep assistance, running food, and more.
