TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Rehab RN in Peoria, Illinois, 61605!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Acute Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Strong Neuro Skills Description: The role requires providing nursing care in an acute rehabilitation setting. Candidates will work with a variety of patients including those with neuro conditions, amputations, multi-trauma, and complex medical needs. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 5:1 during the day and 6:1 at night. Registered Nurses are required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehabilitation. Nurse Aides are present on the unit with a ratio of 1:9 or 1:10. Registered Nurses will have access to CPAP and BiPAP equipment. Shifts are scheduled from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Every other weekend and holiday rotations are required. Floating may occur to other units, with proper training provided. Any color scrubs are acceptable, and t-shirts must be approved.
