$69,500 - $92,600
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.

1st Shift / Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Flexibility required to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift as relief supervisor

The Job You Will Perform:
- Supervise employees in the daily production of corrugated board/converting board, to include training, planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Evaluate and influence employee performance through recognition and coaching and demonstrate ability to resolve conflicts fairly and timely.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize various technical systems to monitor and drive operational performance and goals
- Lead and motivate employees by setting an example of superior behavior, attitude and performance to work efficiently and effectively, while ensuring a safe work environment, and a quality product.
- Effectively communicate operational information in both oral and written format to all levels: crew members, other supervisors, plant management, office personnel and outside customers and vendors.
- Drive facility performance and consistently meet operational goals by streamlining processes and fostering a culture of positive engagement and accountability
- Perform individual, team, and small group training on specific subjects selected by the Site Manager or CIM. Topics include but are not limited to safety, machine set up, QMS, machine operation, and PIT operation. Complete related training documentation.
- Actively promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality and other programs and initiatives utilized within the organization.
- Other Duties as assigned
The Skills You Will Bring:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry preferred.
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to cover off shift as needed.
