Production Technician Job Description
We are currently seeking a Production Technician to join our busy team at our belt making facility located in Lincolnwood, IL, 60712. As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line. We are a fast growing company with room for individual advancement.

Responsibilities:
Machine operating
Grinding/slitting
Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards
Utilize mechanical assembly skills to assemble products on the production line
Package finished products according to specifications
Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments as needed
Perform tasks based on quality standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of packaging processes and machinery
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
