Job Title: Email & SMS Reporting & Data Operations Analyst
Location-Type: REMOTE (10-20 hours per week)

Compensation Range: $40/hr – $49/hr W2

Job Description:
Support the client's strategy team by pulling, cleaning, organizing, and preparing Email/SMS performance data across weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Pull weekly, monthly, and quarterly Email/SMS performance reports from multiple platforms

• Import raw data into Sheets/Excel; clean, de-dupe, normalize, and tag datasets

• Prepare structured reporting datasets for strategists (tabs, templates, organized deliverables)

• Compile A/B test data and determine basic test winners

• Populate weekly, monthly, and QBR reporting decks with accurate KPIs

• Execute ad-hoc data pulls across Email and SMS systems

• Communicate data inconsistencies or questions to strategists

• Occasionally join client calls for context (no presenting)

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years in email/SMS reporting, data operations, or marketing analytics support

  • Strong understanding of Email/SMS KPIs (open rate, CTR, CTOR, etc.)

  • Dashboard-building experience (Looker, Tableau, or similar)

  • Ability to pull reports, clean and organize data, and prepare structured datasets

  • Strong Excel/Sheets proficiency (pivots, index/match, data cleansing)

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Intelligence Reports) or a comparable email platform

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, accurate, and methodical

  • Highly coachable, autonomous, and a fast learner

  • Able to follow structured processes and work independently

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Bluecore, HubSpot, Looker, SQL, or BI dashboards

  • Ability to run basic SQL queries

  • Experience with GA4 / Google Analytics
