EDI Project Manager
We’re looking for someone who brings deep EDI expertise and knows how to get things done—fast and right. If you’ve led EDI projects involving trading partners, ERP systems, and external vendors, this is your chance to take charge of impactful initiatives. EDI Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Own the full EDI project lifecycle—from kickoff to completion
- Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to define integration strategies
- Onboard and support new trading partners through testing and go-live phases
- Oversee delivery of EDI migrations, enhancements, and ongoing support
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans using PM tools
- Create and maintain documentation including SOPs and process flows
- Troubleshoot EDI transmission and data integrity issues (ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
- Coordinate mapping efforts with developers and third-party providers
- 5+ years of experience managing EDI/B2B integration projects
- In-depth knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, FTP/SFTP)
- Familiar with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Background in logistics, supply chain, retail, or healthcare preferred
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a strong plus
