The Role
As the MedTech Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead a team of Account Partners responsible for selling Vault R&D solutions (Clinical Operations, Clinical Data, Regulatory, and Quality) to our important Enterprise customers, and be part of a dynamic and growing team focused on driving R&D excellence across the life science industry. The Enterprise Sales Director is a critical position responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of account partners who call on named medical device companies across North America. Creativity, energy, and the ability to hire, manage and support a diverse team are critical.
What You’ll Do
- Hire and manage a team of A-players to create and drive business into new and existing accounts
- Meet/exceed pipeline generation and new revenue targets set for the team
- Provide strategic guidance related to key opportunities and complete sales cycles
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C level executives
- Accurate sales forecast and pipeline management
- Review and approve pricing and proposals
- Review and approve expense reports and other administrative tasks associated with managing an outside sales team
- Report and maintain timely and thorough notes pertaining to opportunities via Veeva’s CRM
- Be willing to travel 50%+
Requirements
- 5+ years combined experience selling enterprise software
- 3-5 years of sales leadership experience
- Understanding of SaaS and Clinical Data Management, Clinical Ops Management, Regulatory people, processes, and technology
- Understanding of Enterprise Software sales cycles and associated Strategies & Tactics
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written & verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results-driven
- Be proactive and energetic approach, flexible
- Be willing to travel as required

Compensation
- Base pay: $135,000 - $300,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
