Therapist

Our House Therapy Collective is seeking a dynamic, community-minded Bilingual Therapist to join our team. This position supports our mission of providing high-quality, accessible mental health services to empower children, young adults, and families in the Chicago area. As a non-profit organization, Our House Therapy Collective provides individual, family, and group therapy, as well as community programming, in flexible ways regardless of a client’s ability to pay.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in and commitment to community mental health and working with groups, children, and families. This clinician will provide a variety of clinical services to include therapy, psychoeducation and process groups, and community programming. Individuals with interest in an approach that emphasizes depth, insight, and relationships while also acknowledging the psychosocial impact of contextual factors are encouraged to apply. This position has opportunities for professional growth as a community psychotherapist as well as opportunities to develop innovative programming and specialization.

Desired Qualifications:

● Masters level degree in clinical field required (social work, counseling, marriage and family).

● Ability to provide therapy and psychoeducation in Spanish strongly preferred.

● Interest in providing group therapy and community interventions.

● Ability to work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team.

● Experience working with adults, teens, children, families, and groups.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

● Carry a clinical caseload of psychotherapy clients and co-facilitate (bilingual) groups, as needed (i.e., community groups, child or adolescent groups, parent education workshops).

● Provide comprehensive case management services to clients, including needs assessment, goal setting, plan development, advocacy and referrals, and monitoring of progress.

● Develop collaborative relationships with local partner organizations such as schools, social service agencies, health providers, and religious institutions to support client work and community wellness.

● Participate in interdisciplinary staff meetings, clinical supervision, clinical case consultation and professional development training.

● Participate in providing community mental health education and prevention services.

● Support program evaluation for quality assurance and grant compliance.

● Maintain records and compliance with agency and state requirements.

● Assist with clinical and administrative activities as needed to achieve organizational mission.
