Recruiter

We’re looking for a polished, organized professional to support and manage national accounts while driving recruitment coordination. This role is a mix of relationship management, recruiting support, and project coordination and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Support and manage national client accounts, ensuring a high level of service and communication

-Coordinate recruiting efforts, including candidate outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups

-Partner with internal teams to align on hiring needs and timelines

-Track candidate pipelines and ensure smooth movement through the hiring process

-Serve as a point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the engagement

-Help manage multiple priorities across accounts while maintaining accuracy and urgency

-Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall client/candidate experience

Qualifications

-Experience in recruiting, staffing, project coordination, or account management

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Professional communication style with the ability to interact with clients and candidates confidently

-Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

-High level of accountability and follow-through
