Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting contract opportunities are now available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with CCC certification for the 2026-2027 school year. If you’re dedicated to supporting student communication and language development, explore these flexible, part-time roles located near Des Plaines, IL. Several positions are open across different schools, each offering a unique caseload and schedule tailored to your preferences.

Open Roles and Schedules:

• Serve 16 students for 15 hours per week in Lake in the Hills.
• Provide services to 9 students in Morton Grove for 5-7 hours per week.
• Support 29 students for 15-20 hours per week in Oak Lawn.
• Work with 22 students for 15 hours per week in Plainfield.
• Manage a caseload (to be determined) for 15 hours per week in Rockford.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Illinois.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt techniques to meet diverse student needs.
• A collaborative spirit for teamwork with educators, parents, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to maximize student progress.
• Maintain timely records and evaluate student growth.
• Participate in meetings and communicate progress with families.
