Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Demonstrator/Instructor to backfill a key role providing world-class product demonstrations, operator/application training, and product training across our full product line — both at the Demonstration and Learning Center and at customer sites — to support product sales worldwide. This is a fully on-site role at your choice of Peoria, IL; Chicago, IL; or Dallas, TX.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with internal business units; maintain current knowledge of existing equipment, technology, and new product introductions.
• Provide timely and relevant machine evaluation feedback to New Product Introduction (NPI) teams; offer recommendations regarding fleet models and configurations.
• Complete machine work orders to support fleet service planning; perform basic fleet equipment maintenance, including cleaning, fueling, and monthly reporting.
• Assist in training peers on products and machine application; provide subject matter expert support for machine performance studies (scale truck) and site evaluations.

Team Structure & Work Environment

• You will join a team of 9, working closely with customers, dealers, and internal business units.
• This is a fully on-site, in-office role.

Requirements

Candidate RequirementsEducation & Experience

• 8 years of relevant experience required. High school diploma required.

Required Technical Skills

• 8 years of heavy equipment operation experience in construction and/or mining.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and become certified on multiple machine families.
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain a CDL within 12 months of hire; candidates who already possess a CDL are preferred.
