- Build strong relationships across operating companies, OEMs, dealers, distributors, service partners, consultants, and end users.
- Support key global and regional accounts while aligning internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
- Support and standardize international service and parts strategies through scalable contracted service models, consistent performance metrics, and shared customer experience standards.
Qualifications:

- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale transformation and operational change without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple business units and functions.
- Strong program management, team development, and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
- Experience building and scaling aftermarket service, parts, and installation programs within manufacturing or multi-brand environments.
- Track record of transforming fragmented service organizations into unified, customer-focused operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success driving growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve operational performance.
- Ability to translate strategy into executable plans, playbooks, and measurable results.
