Happyian is the first European owned company. We need experiences, versatile, thinking outside the box employees! We are currently looking for on site secretary who would take care of scheduling, organizing notes from therapy and other files, and prepping appointments for billing.

• Happyian requirements:

• fluent English


• fluent Polish


• attention to detail, ability to focus


• availability between 7 am and 7 pm for 40 hour a week schedule


• being on site between 8 am and 9:30 am every morning M-F


• flexibility to schedule meetings, and trainings with operation manager, and clinical staff


• participance in hr meetings, and company trainings


• assisting clients in onboarding , insurance inquiries


• initiating meet and greet meetings with prospective clients


• prepping for billing/ aiding in billing processes
