Title: Order Fulfillment Coordinator II - Order Fulfillment // Parts Coordinator

Location: East Peoria, IL - 61611

Duration: 11 Months (possible extension)

Notes:

• 1st shift hours for training.
• 1st shift hours of operation.
• Metatarsals required.
• Manager open to recent graduates.

Job Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of these roles will be to measure parts in the warehouse and input the data into our packaging spec application.
• Specific instructions will be provided on what measurements need to be made and how to make them.
• Support offsite packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinates the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders
• These roles will be working in a warehouse environment and will require all necessary PPE - safety shoes, safety glasses and gloves.
• Employees will need to be able to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs.

Top Must Haves:

• Basic Excel, computer knowledge; decision making skills; ability to look at data sets.

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50lbs; able to drive Cushman (small, battery operated vehicle - similar to a small golf-cart).
• Comfortable in high traffic warehouse environment.
• Able to be on their feet 70% of day.
• Able to use simple software applications.

Preferred:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, and/or supply chain but not required.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems (SAP).
