Product Manager - Global Studio

The Product Manager will oversee the requirements, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of software products that support Aon's Business goals. This Individual Contributor role will work closely with global stakeholders to identify needs, define priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.

What the day will look like

  • Requirements, Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a clear product requirements, vision and strategy aligned with Aon's strategic goals and operational requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML and data technologies. Familiarity with workflow, automation and machine learning preferred.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT, and end-users to understand internal needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Roadmap Execution: Work using Agile methodologies and be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights and metrics to prioritize features, measure impact, and continuously improve products.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all software solutions adhere to Aon's data protection, security, and compliance standards.


Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience as an Individual Contributor, preferably in a global organization, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms, ML infrastructure, or related fields.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with FinTech/Insurtech, cloud computing, insurance, or financial services operations is desirable.
  • Technical Acumen: Experience working with Agile Methodologies and with software tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Business Acumen: Create Epics, Stories, features and support System/User Testing as part of Aon's SDLC process.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including in a distributed or remote setting. Proactively gaining consensus across all stakeholders
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and get results.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Computer Science, or an equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Pay Transparency Laws:


The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $90,200 to $125,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.


This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
