Field Technician
LaSalle Network is hiring a Field Technician for our client, a healthcare company based in Downers Grove, IL. This onsite role will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems in the field, ensuring operations run smoothly and reliably.
Field Technician Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems in the field
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system issues
Adhere to all safety protocols and fieldwork guidelines
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and clarity
Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately
Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
Follow all company policies and procedures
Field Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in one or more of the following: electrical/electronic systems, telecommunications, security/surveillance systems, or HVAC systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
