Tech Lead

Job Description

Serve as the technical lead bridging architects, platform teams, and delivery teams

Guide architectural decisions related to data, analytics, and ML platforms

Evaluate and advise on Technology use cases, tradeoffs, and best-fit solutions

Define target-state architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards

Review technical designs and provide feedback to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability

Partner with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to solve complex technical problems

Support teams through implementation by removing technical blockers and providing direction

Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements

Communicate architectural decisions and rationale clearly to leadership and delivery team

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience as a Tech Lead with strong hands-on architecture background

Experience acting as the technical glue between solution architects, platform teams, and engineering teams

Strong understanding of modern data and analytics architectures

Experience evaluating, designing, and guiding platform decisions

Ability to define how platforms should be used, what problems they solve, and where they fit in the enterprise architecture

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience leading technical design discussions and driving alignment across teams

Ability to review designs, challenge assumptions, and guide teams toward scalable solutions Banking or financial services background

Experience supporting enterprise-scale data, analytics, or AI/ML initiatives

Hands-on experience with AWS services

Experience with Databricks, Spark, and large-scale data processing platforms

Exposure to governance, security, and compliance considerations in regulated environments

Prior experience working in large enterprise or matrixed organizations

Background in cloud migration or platform modernization initiatives
