Material Sales CSA

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Customer Success Agent to assist the Material Sales Manager daily and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

What does a Material Sales Customer Success Agent do?

Material Sales Customer Success Agents type, file, handle mail/email, transmit data and information, harvest data, answer phones, and perform other tasks critical to material sales operations and growth.

To be a successful Material Sales Customer Success Agent, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Proficiency with MS Office and similar programs is required. Marketing and advertising background with familiarity of constant contact and social media platforms is helpful as well. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Key Results Area I:

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations to meet company demands and expectations.
• Receive inbound calls and emails for material requests material procurement and potentially Request photos and data from clients to identify material.
• Email material request follow-ups.
• Question & Answer liaison for clients of general questions and solutions.
• Place follow up calls and send emails pre-sale and post-sale (proposal follow up and satisfaction follow up).
• Solicit 5‐star reviews.
• Transmit shipment tracking data to clients (PRO and carrier information).
• Track shipments and retrieving POD's (Proof of Delivery receipts).
• Assist with the transmission of photos and sending samples for approval.
• Assist with entering and updating requests in material request spreadsheet.
• Assist in data farming and collecting perspective client data (email addresses, websites, etc.), information logging, and general solicitation.
• Assist with bid data information gathering.
• May perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Key Results Area II:

• Enter pertinent data and update Strety as required.
• Assist with sales meetings.
• Enter and update material inventory in spreadsheet.
• Assist with inventory counting, tracking, and inventory audits as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years Customer Service.
• Ability to pass a Drug Test and Background Check.
• Literate with basic functions of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook Calendar.
• Must be comfortable answering and making calls.
• Must be a quick learner with an “all hands-on deck” attitude.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time without constant supervision.
• Basic editing, typing, and email composition skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
