Job Description

The Digital Lab Operations Manager is responsible for helping to optimize operational performance across digital lab activities. This role ensures successful project delivery through efficient coordination, governance management, resource tracking, process documentation, and continuous improvement. The manager cultivates cross-team collaboration to drive operational excellence and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support Digital Lab projects, resource tracking, and process improvements.
• Facilitate Digital Lab governance activities by ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
• Maintain and update governance policies, procedures, and records. Assist in process and standards documentation.
• Monitor Compliance: Help Identify and flag issues, risks, or governance needs for escalation to the Associate Director for further review or action.
• Process Improvement Support: Contribute to identifying and implementing improvements in workflows enhancements
• Assist with collecting, preparing, and maintaining operational and governance performance data (metrics, dashboards, reports) to ensure accurate and timely information is available for leadership review.
• Build strong relationships across teams to aid in follow-up, and effective reporting. Partner with colleagues and teams across various teams to understand their operational needs and integrate governance procedures effectively.
• Contribute to operational excellence: Participate in operational aspects of campaigns, including budgeting, vendor management, quality control, and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or relevant field
• 5+ years’ experience in digital operations or project support (pharma a plus)
• Familiarity with project management and governance principles; exposure to Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methods preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills; self-motivated with a focus on process and governance improvement
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Smartsheet); PowerBI and Adobe Workfront a plus

Supervisory Relationships:

• Reports to Associate Director, Digital Lab Strategic Operations. Supports excellence and recommendations in operational and governance activities.
