Job Description

The Spray Dry Operator is responsible for manufacturing flavors, focusing specifically on the Dry-Blend goods department. The role involves assembling batches according to formulations on each batch ticket, prioritizing food safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy. The Spray Dry Operator will operate machinery such as mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks, ensuring the correct finished product quantity and label requirements are met. Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery including mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks.
• Follow formulations on batch tickets to assemble batches.
• Prioritize food safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all processes.
• Ensure the correct finished product quantity with proper labeling.
• Read labels on raw materials and adhere to safety procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
