Administrative Assistant - Excellent Work/Life Balance, Mon-Fri 8-5!!

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the manager on day-to-day tasks.

• Print W0-2/ACA documents and sleeve jobs with live file listings.

• Pickup, process, and drop off print jackets to production.

• Review and process statements.

• Perform extensive data entry tasks.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recent experience in administrative support.

• 1+ years of experience in data entry.

• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

This is a Contract position based out of Carol Stream, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
