Order Processing Specialist

Order Processing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders, validate details, and coordinate shipments

• Communicate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to keep orders on track

• Manage inventory visibility and preempt delays

• Maintain flawless order and shipping records in ERP software

• Serve as a reliable, solutions-driven point of contact for customers

• Provide insights and support on operational improvement projects

Order Processing Specialist Requirements:

• At least 1 year in order processing, sales support, or related role (CPG experience preferred)

• Microsoft Office expertise; ERP systems experience ideal

• Eye for detail with the agility to manage competing deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Adaptable team player with a proactive mindset
