Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated assembler with strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with others. This role involves being comfortable on your feet all day and a willingness to be cross-trained in various areas of a 12-step process.

Responsibilities

• Documenting received parts during the receiving process.
• Performing a factory reset by manually pressing a button.
• Conducting an automatic test by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs, involving longer cycle times of 60-90 minutes.
• Executing a Wi-Fi test.
• Conducting an elevated temperature test.
• Performing cosmetic cleaning.
• Carrying out cosmetic repairs.
• Implementing In Process Quality Control (IPQC).
• Kitting parts for assembly.
• Building pallets for pack out and shipping, specifically for AT&T kits.
• Shipping completed units.

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Comfortable standing for the entirety of the day
• Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Hand dexterity
• Punctuality
• Experience with assembly, packing, and repair
• Proficiency in using soldering equipment and RF scanners
• Ability to read blueprints and use power tools

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
