Required Skills:
- 8+ years of solution architecting and deployment experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
- Must have implemented SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules (EC and EC Payroll) as a lead solution architect
- Retail industry sector experience is preferred
- Experience with a minimum of five full-cycle implementations
- Good understanding of industry-specific business processes
- Has performed at least 3 feasibility studies
- Understands the Industry Leading Business Process approach and contributes to it
