PrideStaff is seeking a well-qualified Receiving Associate for a medical distribution company located in the New Lenox, IL area. This position is Monday-Friday 1ST SHIFT

6am-2pm

$19.00 per hour

You will be responsible for accepting and processing deliveries, which includes verifying delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring items are stored correctly, and processing returns. You will also be required to assist with UNLOADING TRUCKS as needed!!

JOB DUTIES:

• Receive and sign for deliveries, inspect deliveries both visually and physically
• Unload deliveries from trucks
• Compare purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists
• Promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies
• Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items
• Organize and store received items in appropriate areas
• Update inventory with received items
• Maintain records of orders, delivery details, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST have great attention to detail
• 6+ months of previous recent warehouse experience
• Experience with RF scanner PREFERRED
• Previous experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• STAND-UP FORKLIF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Have great attendance and punctuality
• Computer skills, knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs
