We're growing fast and have an immediate need for skilled technicians who can hit the ground running on emergency jobs.

The Opportunity

• High-volume emergency work – Water, fire, mold, and storm jobs daily
• Top pay – Realistic $100k+ per year for experienced techs (commission/production-based + bonuses)
• Flexible schedule – Full-time or part-time available
• 1099 independent contractor – Keep more of what you earn, no micromanagement

What You’ll Do

• Respond to 24/7 emergency calls (water extraction, board-ups, tarping, etc.)
• Perform water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, fire/smoke cleaning, and odor removal
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, document jobs with photos/software
• Pack-out/pack-in contents, demolition, and light reconstruction as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service during stressful situations

Required Qualifications

• Current IICRC certifications:
• WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician)
• AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician)
• ASD (Applied Structural Drying Technician)
• FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician)
• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on experience in water, fire, and mold restoration
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation (company trucks available for qualified candidates)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and wear PPE
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance

Preferred (but not required):

• Additional IICRC certifications (OCT, CCT, etc.)
• Experience with Xactimate estimating
• Reconstruction or carpentry skills
