**Job Summary**
**The General Manager** , reporting directly to the District manager, holds duties related to day to day operations of a corporate dining account. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
+ Provides high-level strategic oversight of the entire hospitality program
+ Leads employee engagement, retention initiatives, and strategic recruiting for FLIK team
+ Oversees long-term planning and project execution as client continues to grow their operation
+ Regularly reviews and optimizes procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing
+ Reviews monthly financial reports; provides detailed financial analysis to client on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
+ Serves as the primary liaison between client and the FLIK operational team
+ Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
+ Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
+ Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
+ Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
+ Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
+ Five years of foodservice operation experience preferably in corporate dining
+ High volume production and catering experience is essential
+ Previous experience managing a budget
+ Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
