You don’t have to know everything, but you should have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, good troubleshooting skills, and the drive to keep improving. Key Skills & Qualities:

• Experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and installation

• Ability to diagnose and repair residential systems confidently

• Skilled with heat pumps, gas furnaces, A/C units, and air handlers

• Experience installing split systems, mini-splits, and packaged units

• Knowledge of high-efficiency systems and conversions

• Proficient in brazing, pressure testing, evacuating, and charging systems

• Familiar with low-voltage wiring, thermostats, and controls

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Professional appearance and communication with customers

• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

• Works well independently or with a small team
