The Construction Project Manager oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to quality standards. This role coordinates teams, manages contracts, and supervises site activities, primarily focusing on local and regional projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize construction projects from inception to completion
- Manage budgets and control costs to meet financial targets
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate and lead project teams and subcontractors
- Oversee contract negotiations and compliance
- Supervise site operations to ensure safety and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management
- Expertise in project management methodologies
- Knowledge of construction scheduling techniques
- Proven skills in budgeting and cost control
