Your Role:

• Lead a warm, engaging, and well-managed classroom.
• Implement hands-on, play-based learning experiences.
• Support children’s social and emotional growth.
• Partner professionally with families.
• Apply Montessori & Reggio practices with autonomy.
• Be a collaborative team member and mentor.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours).
• 1+ year early childhood experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A desire for stability, respect, and balance.

Pay: $18–$21/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Positions: Full-time & Part-time
