Job Title: Accounting Associate
Industry: Heavy Machine Manufacturing
Location: Moline, IL
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: 1st Shift (Start time between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Manage purchase orders (POs) and invoices for the Tax Department.
• Complete expense reports and maintain office supplies.
• Prepare annual reports for Secretary of State filings.
• Coordinate records management and retention activities.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and administrative support tasks.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data for reports.
• Use Microsoft Office applications and internal data management systems.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Administrative assistant or office support experience.
• Data entry and document management experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal communication and numerical skills.
