Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Eclectic Logistics is offering a lease-purchase flatbed role in Aurora, IL with a focus on driver satisfaction and practical flexibility. Operate late-model 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner tractors while working toward ownership via our one-year lease-to-own path. Pay is 80% of gross with weekly gross commonly ranging $7,500–$10,000.

What you'll do:

• Secure and haul flatbed loads safely and efficiently across assigned routes.
• Perform equipment inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow routing instructions.
