You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

• Manage a portfolio of 1.5M+ SF across 25+ industrial properties in Chicagoland
• Travel regularly to tenant sites to make sure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and relationships stay strong
• Handle budgets, forecasting, monthly financial reporting, CAM and tax reconciliations
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and improvements
• Lead vendor procurement (snow, landscaping, etc.) and hold vendors accountable for performance
• Tackle escalated tenant issues with speed and professionalism
• Keep reporting and Yardi data clean, accurate, and actionable

• Balancing financial details with the big picture of tenant satisfaction and portfolio performance
• Building credibility with tenants, vendors, and colleagues

• Base salary of $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience
