responsibilities:

• Execute the intake process by entering patient applications into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with high accuracy.
• Manage digital documentation by tagging and associating images with specific patient files, including demographics, physician details, and drug information.
• Conduct initial assessments of applications to identify missing information and initiate outreach to patients or providers to secure required data.
• Analyze financial and insurance data , including household income and pharmacy benefit details, to ensure applications meet program criteria.
• Coordinate workflow by identifying the appropriate business rules and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive records within the CRM, ensuring every case is documented according to established business rules.
• Support program cycles by assisting with renewal and year-end recertification processes and managing physical incoming/outgoing mail.

qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
• Technical: Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn new CRM software quickly.
• Communication: Ability to express ideas clearly through both written and oral channels.
• Physical/Operational: Ability to sit, stand, and carry heavy objects; flexibility to work shifts between 7 AM - 7 PM and commit to mandatory overtime (up to 10 hours/week) as needed.
• Availability: Must have no pre-planned time off within the first 90 days of employment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Education: College degree or 2-year Associate Degree.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to core insurance knowledge, specifically Medical and Pharmacy Benefits.
• Soft Skills: High-quality customer service skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
