Job Summary

Primarily focused on servicing customers in a technical sales environment, with an emphasis on Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate is currently in a mechanical-or construction-oriented curriculum with expected graduation year of 2025.

Job Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is in a mechanical/industrial - or construction-oriented curriculum with expected graduation year of 2025
• Knowledge of HVAC desired but not required.
• Must possess excellent technical skills.
• Must have good organizational, communication and presentation skills and a strong desire to serve the customer.
• Computing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Servicing customers (mechanical contractors, engineers, equipment dealers) via phone and written contact in a technical sales environment.
• Handling phone inquiries, providing technical assistance, pricing jobs, and processing jobs for production via our computerized information system.
• Generating sales proposals
• Interacting with our product manufacturers to gain an extensive knowledge on our product offering and how they work.
• Utilization of manufacturer-specific product selection and execution software
• Attendance and participation in sales meetings concerning projects bidding, sales forecasts, market outlook, and manufacturer updates.
• NOTE : Excellent performance may lead to direct sales, field service or other engineering opportunities
