**Job Opportunity: Director of Engineering at Luster Products**

What Youll Do

• Lead and manage engineering operations across production lines,

facilities, and maintenance.

• Own capital project planning, expense management, and strategic

equipment optimization.

• Guide and mentor a team of mechanics, engineers, and facilities

staff, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and oversee health and

safety programs.

• Excellent analytical skills, including experience in forecasting,

budget management, and market research.

• Ability to lead teams in high-demand manufacturing settings while

fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
