Thomas Nissan of Joliet is seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Automotive Sales Manager to help lead our rapidly growing sales operation.

Responsibilities

• Desk and structure automotive sales transactions
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
• Monitor daily activity, appointments, and sales performance
• Assist sales consultants in closing deals
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Work closely with the Finance Department to maximize profitability
• Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge and sales process
• Manage inventory, pricing strategy, and merchandising
• Help recruit, hire, and develop future sales professionals

Qualifications

• Automotive sales management experience preferred
• Strong desking and deal-structuring skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and dealership operations
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Nissan experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
