As a Customer Service II - Bilingual (Spanish), you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting diverse customer interactions. What's the Job?

• Solve customer inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional replies across multiple contact channels.

• Partner with global HR service teams to drive to resolution efficiently and effectively.

• Identify at-risk or distressed customer relationships and initiate compassionate corrective actions.

• Capture and leverage customer feedback to improve team performance and service quality.

• Manage complex queries related to cost center changes, mass transactions, reporting relationships, and organizational restructuring.

What's Needed?

• Fluency in English; fluency in Spanish is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple channels of incoming workload.

• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or Salesforce is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to seasonal overtime demands.

• Knowledge of HR programs and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement opportunities.
