What you will do
- Responsible for the customer experience by providing high-touch support to Commercial clients by liaising with internal contacts such as Loan Ops, Treasury Management, and Deposit Operations.
- Provides Administrative Support for 3-5 Lenders on more complex portfolios within a specific market. Key Accountabilities:
- Handle daily customer requests via phone and system, such as account opening, balance inquiries, and wire processing.
- Perform advances, transfers, payoffs, and paydowns on loans.
- Troubleshoot and investigate customer issues and onboard new clients.
- Support Relationship Managers by answering calls, preparing packages, data entry, tracking vendor invoices, and gathering information to resolve issues or complete projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Related Experience: Previous C&I or CRE Customer Support experience required
- Education: High School Degree or equivalent
- Problem-Solving: Resolves non-routine problems with specialized knowledge
- Knowledge: Applies fundamental concepts
- Discretion: Follows standard practices and procedures
- Supervision: Individual Contributor
- Complexity Scope: Responsible for projects with defined scope
- Computer Skills: General computer skills
